- Some of you may be aware that Bush refused to attend the G8 summit regarding the entire Earth's environment.
- While it's been going on for years, recently there's been additional attention, funding, and focus on Space and Mars exploration.
- The increase in Shark activity in the gulf, bizzarre sea activity in the pacific, and storm systems seem to be getting more erratic and more powerful.
At risk of sounding like a "sky is falling" doomsday theorist, and taking a bit of a logical reach.....
... it's quite possible that our Government is holding back information about how rapidly our planet is really deteriorating... hoping that they can at least work towards some kind of Mars colony before we're extinct. [img]eek.gif[/img]

I think its does seem like they're looking forward to get life on Mars. However they have to learn to great terra and water. I saw some documentary where they were talking on what it would take to make mars livable and how long it would take to get people there. I think we're doomed

If earth/environment was deterioraterizingwhatchamacallit faster as expected you'd learn it from other sources.
